As we are ushering out yet another year I am greeting a new age. Today I have happily skipped into the wonderful age of 54. Where have the years gone? It truly does seem that I was just 18 years old not so very long ago. My mind still believes that I am 18 but with much more wisdom. I now get a full nights sleep and I do appreciate eating all my vegetables. After all, at my age fiber is so important. LOL
